In this workshop for parents, special guest Natasha Files will teach parents and caregivers simple, concrete and effective strategies to strengthen relationships with their adolescent or adult child. Whether the relationship is strong or currently strained, hands-on support will be provided in small groups, during which individual participation can be active or passive. Inspired by EFFT, opportunities to develop and review scripts will be provided, including a powerful universal apology that can be delivered by any parent to their child.
