Cancellation Policy for Trainings/Workshops (unless otherwise stated)
Substitution: If for whatever reason and at any time, you can no longer attend the workshop or training, a colleague may attend in your place, at no extra cost. You are required only to notify us of the name and contact information of the person attending.
Cancellation 10 days + before the training: You will receive a refund, less a $30 administration fee (in the currency paid).
Cancellation - fewer than 10 days before the training, but with 48 hours remaining prior to the event: You will receive a refund for 50% of the workshop or training fee, unless it is a capped event (if so, refunds will no longer be available and only substitutions are permitted).
Cancellation within 48 hours of the training event: Substitutions will still be permitted; however refunds will no longer be available.
