Pathways for "EASE": Emotion Awareness and Self-Engagement Practices for Healing & Growth

The Process of Emotional Self-Exploration

The Process of Emotional Self-Exploration (PESE) is a self-guided process to work with activations to support your healing and growth. With a focus on emotions and inner-child work, the invitation is to engage with the PESE as often as is possible to evolve one's inner world, and one's relationship to life more broadly.

Find below two versions of the PESE (with and without music accompaniment). Stock music provided by www.fesliyanstudios.com.

Clinicians and facilitators wishing to guide those they support with the PESE can access all they need here.
