In this workshop for parents, Natasha will share with parents and caregivers simple, concrete and effective strategies to strengthen relationships with their adolescent or adult child. Whether the relationship is strong or currently strained, hands-on support will be provided to develop scripts if desired. Participation can be active or passive. A powerful script for a universal apology that can be delivered by any parent to their child will also be shared.
