StressLess ("the App," "we," "us") is a script-building app designed to help parents and caregivers learn and develop fluency with a model of communication informed by EFFT. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

How We Use Information
Because StressLess does not collect or store any personal information, there is no user information for us to use, process, or share. If you contact us directly by email for support, we will use the information you provide in that message solely to respond to you.
Third-Party Services
StressLess relies on two third-party services to perform limited, on-device or App Store functions:
Neither service transmits personal information to us. Each operates under its own privacy policy, which governs any data handled directly between you and Google.
Children's Privacy
StressLess is designed for use by parents and caregivers, and is not directed at children. We do not collect personal information from anyone, including children, because we do not operate any systems that collect or store user data.
Your Rights and Choices
Because StressLess does not collect, store, or have access to any personal information about you, there is no personal data held by us for you to access, correct, export, or request deletion of. Any rights you may have under applicable law (such as the right to access or delete personal data) are therefore already satisfied by design — the only data associated with your use of the App is the script content stored on your own device, which remains fully under your control at all times. You can view, edit, or permanently remove that content directly within the App, or delete all of it at once by uninstalling the App.

Data Retention & Deletion
Because StressLess does not collect or store any information about you, there is no account or content data held by us to retain or delete. Your script content lives only on your device, and deleting the App will delete that content.
Data Security
Because we do not collect or store personal information, there is no user data held on our systems that could be exposed. Any purchase or payment information is handled entirely by Google, under Google's own security practices.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
